Breastfeeding Support
Breastfeeding is one of the most natural things in the world, but it does take some planning, consideration and practice. Here's how I can support you, both in the preparation stage and as you begin your breastfeeding journey.

Breastfeeding Preparation

Just as we prepare for birth with antenatal education, we can start preparing for breastfeeding before baby is born. By getting informed, you can gather the knowledge and tools to make your breastfeeding journey as rewarding as possible. This 3.5 hour workshop is for expectant parents during the antenatal period. Topics include:

Hormones, physiology and psychology of breastfeeding
Correct latch and positioning
How to tell if baby is getting enough milk
Tips for establishing and optimising your supply
Solutions for common breastfeeding problems

Rooted in scientific research, and featuring mindfulness, breathwork and relaxation techniques, this course will help you get off to the best start. Includes a postnatal check-in session when baby arrives, and a copy of Mindful Breastfeeding by Anna La Grange
Price: £250
