My goal is to give you the tools and knowledge you need to feel prepared, and make informed decisions about your pregnancy and birth. I love working with expectant parents to help them navigate the antenatal and birth journey. Each pregnancy is unique, and my support will be tailored to your needs and circumstances.
This short course teaches a series of tools and techniques to help you prepare for birthing time. I'll share the physiology of calm birth, and tools for achieving one. If you have anxieties surrounding birth, I can help you reframe how you feel about it while building confidence, positivity and excitement. You'll get a comprehensive antenatal education, and we'll explore your birth rights, choices and advocacy. Your birth partner will be 100% involved, learning the skills to actively support you during your birth time.
Set over 4 weeks, this course also features birthing postures, intensity management tools, deep relaxation techniques, positive birth stories, and the latest scientific and midwifery research.

This course is for both birthing parents and birth partners to attend, and I recommend starting the course at about 25 weeks. All courses are currently online, in line with Covid restrictions.
