Yoga & Relaxation
When it comes to growing and birthing babies, our bodies already know what to do. It's our job to do what we can to help nature do its thing. That means working with our bodies to soften and open, while building strength and stamina. With my pregnancy yoga classes, I aim to help birthing parents own their births, by tuning into their bodies, connecting with their babies and finding their inner strength and wisdom. It's a beautiful way to prepare the body and the mind for birth and life as a new parent.
A mixture of physical movement, breathwork and meditation, pregnancy yoga is an excellent way to support your changing body, alleviating niggles that arise as pregnancy progresses. Each session features a specially designed flow of postures and movements, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Suitable from 12 weeks onwards. ​I run both group classes and or one-to-one sessions:
